Please consider that all the items I sell are 100% handmade. With that said, I’m happy to offer a discount on wholesale orders over $200.00.
I add a $5.00 fee to all orders to cover the cost of insurance and delivery confirmation. Shipping fees are determined by my standard shipping charges chart found here.
Arrival time can vary depending on your order. Typically, I like to offer a 3-4 week turnaround. If I think your order will require additional time, I’ll let you know upfront. Occasionally, I’ll have many of my items in stock and ready to ship, but I can’t guarantee that all of my items will be in stock. For the most part, availability is dependent upon my production schedule.
Before accepting a return of any item, I require written correspondence. Please send me an e-mail if you are at all dissatisfied with your order. If items in your order were received damaged, please notify me within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged items can be replaced or I can give you a credit for the price of the damaged pieces.
Payments are accepted through Paypal or ProPay (a secured link for VISA and Mastercard). Other forms of payment (check or money order) require a processing time for the funds to clear. Checks should be made out to Dawn Huntington.

Many of my items (pillows, bib, pouches, fabric-enhanced notecards, t-shirts and onesies) are subject to the availability of specific fabric swatches. I’m more than willing to provide fabric swatch photographs prior to production to insure that the items in your order fit well with your clientele. Once your order request is placed, I will send you swatch photographs for approval. Of course, you can always defer the choice of fabric to me; I’m happy to choose, and it’s one less decision for you to make!
